We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. This vital role combines administrative support with client-facing service to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience from the moment patients arrive to the time they leave.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as appropriate
• Schedule and manage appointments using our booking system
• Collect and process payments; handle basic billing and invoicing
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with intake forms and ensure accurate patient records
• Communicate clearly with practitioners about patient arrivals and needs
• Support the team with light administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience (medical, wellness, or spa preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn scheduling and payment software
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Warm, calm demeanor with a patient-first mindset
• Availability to work flexible hours including some evenings or weekends as needed
